At Dragon Gate we want our adult students to have an outlet to get away from everyday life. Wheather you are a highschool student looking to relieve the stress of all the studying and school work or you are Doctor looking to get away from your everyday routine. Dragon Gate is the place for you. Every class is different. You will learn how to punh, kick, do foms, and self defense techniques, But most important you will be taught how to take these techniques and apply the to real live situations. Wheather its an attack or just how to talk you way out of a situation. All you have to do is come on down and try a class, Once you give a class a try it will speak for itself.

As Well as Traditional technique, we also teach modern technique. At our school no one ever gets hurt. We want our training to be as realistic as possible but at the same time you have to get up and go to work everyday. We also teach Mixed Martial Arts techniques to are adult students but we are not a fight team school. You do not need to be a MMa fighter do be able to defend yourself.
