We offer a curriculum like no other school has: Kempo Tai-Jitsu, Kempo Taekwondo, Combative Boxing, Submission Grappling/Wrestling, Joint Locks, Trapping, Striking, Kicking, Ki Power and Weapons with an emphasis on the traditional and modern martial art styles. We also offer the all new Dragon Gate Combat Cardio One of the newest upcoming cardio workouts. As well as Combat Self-Defense tactics which we teach at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital.
