Our Program is designed to turn your teen into a young adult and get them ready for life. As students progress through our system , they will be involved in community projects, and instructors will review their report cards to make sure they are achieving great grades . We want our students to be well rounded, Our Dragon Gate Instructors reiterate the importance of school work, family life, and our responsibility to the local community. Our Curriculum Consists of Forms, Kicking and Punching Drills, and Self Defense Techniques. Our Self Defense is like no other program They will learn how to defend themselves against realistic Attacks . Your Teen will learn to defend his/her self from Strikes, Body Grabs, Wrestling/Grappling, Multiple Attacks and Weapon Attacks, as well as Joint locks, take downs, Trapping, Combative striking. We emphasis to our students the Important of learning how to defend themselves from every possible aspect of self defense. We also stress how not to use their martial arts techniques for wrong doing and that its to be used for self defense only.
